This is a truly stunning and unique fascinator with the amazing colours of spring. I have designed it myself to give a real sense of spring and summer.
The main structure of this very elegant headpiece is made from hand curled spring green sinamay, which is then highlighted by gorgeous handpainted feather butterflies, which appear to have just landed!
The structure is then secured by hand to a clear plastic comb.
The colour on the photographs is an accurate reflection of this lovely colour.
This is a real statement piece and looks amazing worn at the side of the head, or lower with a side bun or alternatively at the back of the hair if worn in a chignon. The fascinator is entirely sewn by hand and then hand finished, giving it a really secure and firm structure. It is a unique, one off item.
Overall the fascinator measures roughly 21cm lengthways by 14cm widthways, the butterflies measure 5cm by 3cm.
